Spring Break is almost here! To help bring it on, we will have a Spirit Week this week!
Join us on Thursday, March 21st in celebrating National World Down Syndrome Day! https://www.worlddownsyndromeday.org/lots-of-socks-campaign Believe it or not, socks get people talking! On 21 March, choose some socks that are going to get noticed! They might be mismatched socks or your craziest and most colorful socks, whatever takes your fancy!
The idea is to start a conversation, so when people ask you about your socks you can tell them, “I’m wearing them to raise awareness of Down syndrome”. And then you can tell them everything you want them to know about Down syndrome.
Please support March for Babies by helping us reach our school goal of $1,500! Together, we can achieve this by participating in the DimeWars, Hat Day, purchasing raffle tickets and more! The class who raises the most money will get to turn me into a Sundae, complete with toppings and all!! If we meet our school goal, we will have an ice cream party!
